We had a perfect stay at this centrally located hotel. the Mitte area was our favorite, with fantastic restaurants, cafes, and train stations nearby. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we were struggling with large bank notes. We also loved the convenient transport links and proximity to shopping streets. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to the city.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to the city by tram or train. We loved being in the city center in a perfect area to get to know the area. Additionally, the service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bell staff. The room had everything we needed: heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, sitting area, terrace.

The receptionist was not friendly, but the rest of the staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating and kept my champagne in the fridge at reception.

Loved the feather duvets, comfy mattresses, and great views from the window. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of options for all tastes. The location at Alexanderplatz was perfect, with lots of shops and easy transportation access. The vibrant atmosphere and views from the upper floors added to the overall experience. The cleaning and towel changes were also spot on. This was my fourth time staying at this hotel.

Everything was simply good. The hotel property was exceptionally friendly with unbeatable location just next door to Berlin, Alexanderplatz, railway. We booked double room for 5 nights and had a comfortable stay.

An upgrade was offered, but I missed that there was an additional cost. the room with a city view was awesome.

We received fantastic advice from the friendly team at the hotel's reception on the best jogging routes through Berlin Mitte. They also recommended an amazing boat trip along the Spree River, which our family thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the staff provided excellent insights on local gastronomic highlights, guiding us to some wonderful dining spots that catered to both adults and kids.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a dedicated kids' play area to entertain our little ones during our stay.

The adrenaline rush of sky bungee jumping in the Flying Base was exhilarating! The Panorama Terrace offered a breathtaking view. Spagos Restaurant served delicious Euro-Californian specialties.

Oh, and let's not forget the pleasure of dealing with rude reception staff. Such a delightful experience!
